Infinity and Limits

Everything that has a threshold is surrounded by something.
The idea of infinity can not directly derive from experience. Infinity is unobservable at least because any perception method has its own limit.
There are only two conclusions to be made inductively: that the sensed world finishes and that there is something beyond it, which is increasingly greater, and yet undefined.

So where the idea of infinity comes from and how is it justifiable?
